  • Founder & CEO

Aliya Hajee holds a Master of Science in Nursing and a Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner Certificate from McMaster University. Her career has encompassed primary care, acute care, specialty care, research, academia, and digital health. Her current practice interests include primary care, women's health, and mental health.

Drawing from her experiences as a Nurse Practitioner, Aliya recognized the need for high-quality continuing education, personalized career assistance, and a supportive space where NPs can connect with their peers. This inspired her to create Nursing Lane, an organization dedicated to supporting NPs in their professional development.

Aliya is committed to providing NPs with essential resources and building a supportive and connected community where NPs can learn, grow, and excel in their careers.
